How It Began
My idea to establish a children's clothing brand began with therapeutic drawings I made when my life-long dream of bearing my own child was shattered. In 2018 and at 28 years old, I was told by numerous doctors that I would most likely never get pregnant. Inexplicable infertility, they said.
It was the most difficult season of my life. I just wanted to know how and why this was all happening. Instead, I was poked and prodded for months, undergoing fertility treatment after fertility treatment. It was an emotional rollercoaster, but I was determined to not give up.
The Miracle
With babies constantly on my mind, and to ease my stress instigated by endless fertility issues, I began sketching patterns of baby clothes. Hoping one day, I'd see my miracle baby in one of my unique designs.
Then it happened! After two years and two failed IUI procedures, my husband and I were blessed with our miracle baby: Santino.
Our Message of Hope
Unfortunately, my tale is more frequent than uncommon. It's estimated that about 15% of couples have trouble conceiving. I want my story to be a lifeline and beacon of hope for women enduring the same nightmare that I experienced, which is why I launched Wild Little Things.
Whether you're a soon-to-be mama who isn't finding out your baby's gender, or simply not interested in the traditional pink and blue colors found in every retail store, I've used a careful eye to ensure that all our clothes possess a gender-neutral design and look.
